The beginning of a new me

Hello everyone I’ve been on this diet 5 days and already lost6 pounds. I love the carb manager app. My goal is to loose 40 pounds over the next 6 mos.

  • Hi!  Today I just signed up, I was doing weight watchers but not losing weight.  Maybe this will be the lifestyle for me!  Any tips about what to eat.  Tracking carbs is going to be hard to me to get a hang of.  What have you done for your first couple of days?

     Dear animal loving mom I know what you mean I tried weight watchers is well and had no success you’re on the right track though by downloading this app I’ve used a lot of different apps but this is by far the best one I have found make sure you go ahead and sign up for premium I’ve been on the keto diet for a little over two weeks amazingly enough I was in ketosis within a week and have lost over 10 pounds Pinterest has a really good board for her lots of ideas on snacks and foods etc. I recommend you get some keto sticks to check for key tones after you’ve been on this diet for about a week and a half for me that made the difference he gave me motivation to continue on and not eat that bread or order dessert good luck and hang in there
