Newbe and a bit overwhelmed. Been going this alone (when I say alone I mean I feel so very alone) for about 5 weeks. Looking at different groups and forums. I'm excited to find personal helpful hints, triumphs and struggles.

Hopefully, you'll feel less alone here on this forum. It can all feel very overwhelming, with ups and downs but hang in there, you are doing amazing.  I started this low carb lifestyle over a year ago and I've lost 70 lbs.  The best thing I did for myself was to take it slow and simple and to stop judging myself.  In the past when I tried dieting, I would fail and have regrets.  This time around, low carb is a lifestyle, not a diet.  It's a journey, not a race.  I look at eating has having good, better and best options.  If one day, I only eat good, the next day I try for better and best, without regret.  Good luck and feel free to ask for help along the way.  I know I've learned so much about low carb and keto from all the people sharing their stories.
