jeepin_monma4bc8 im assuming your following just low carb, and not ketogenic ? How many carbs are you wanting to stay under ? Maybe list a basic day of eating for us to see. 😊
Also- poissibly you have your slider bars set wrong for goals. I would play with them and your daily caloric counts see if that helps. If your new to low carb”, I wouldn’t be so strict at first on the protein and fats, let your body and brain adjust to a smaller change then tweak as you go. Even on ketogenic, I didn’t beat myself up if I went over on them, then it came naturally to be able to stay under, WAY under.

My plan is to work my way to Keto but for now I’m just trying to get the hang of low carb, I’ve never had to diet until now. Baby #2 broke my metabolism lol anyways, I eat a lot of eggs and cheese, lunch meats, tons of veggies, I’ve cut out bread, sweets, soda, as much sugar as I can. I’m having a very hard time reaching my water goals each day, that’s the hardest part. I feel like I have to gag it down after a while.. i have been staying well below my carb goals but exceed the fat and protein by a long shot! I’ll try to attach pictures of what I ate yesterday for you to see.
