Too little carbs?

I am new to Keto, this is end of week 3.  I had a 14 pound loss the first week-water weight.  But week 2 and week 3 nothing.  I realized after week 2 that I had made a mistake on the macro tracker and listed LCHF instead of Ketogenic for diet plan so the altered the macro numbers some but this week I was on or below all my macros and did not loose anything again.  Any suggestions on what I need to look at?  One question I have is I have not been making the carb macro I have been lower could that be my problem?

    dvadgley0225 THe scale doesn’t reflect very well for us. Please put the scale away for about three weeks. Then try it again. Follow the under 20 net carbs and your doing the right thing. Try not to ingest any Atkins produce and stick to Whole Foods. The scale can be an evil doer to our thinking. Your major finds will be in how your pants are fitting. Fat doesn’t weigh that much. Weigh only every three weeks or once a month. I know how tempting it can be but the more I weighed myself the more discouraged I got. Report back to us on your results  I know it will work if you follow strict carb rules.  Also watch out for total carb items like “low carb wraps” and making to many Keto friendly items with almond flour  - only use this as a treat or reward for something. Even if net carbs is low, if the total carb is say over 20, probably should be avoided if possible- like the low carb - carb friendly wraps I like. Treat only.
