What's the best way to add a marinated meat into carb manager???

Help!! I am using my favorite chicken marinade for pork chops tonight, but not sure how to add the ingredients of the marinade, because obviously its not all going to soak into the meat? Anyone?

    Add the food by using quick entry at the top menu when you push +. Then name it and manually add name and calories etc..

    Can you measure what was left over from what you first added? Then use nutritional info from marinade.
