Hello everyone (anyone!)
I am one week in, lost 3 kilos in my first week, and am just so excited to tuck into my dinner tonight: Keto Jerk Chicken and Coconut Cauliflower Rice...
I do have a question that I hope someone can help me with: I sometimes struggle to hit my macros which usually means I overdo the consumption of fat (or sometimes protein); I tend to keep net carbs on lockdown... my question is really, if the (good) fat consumption is over what it should be, how much does that matter? Obviously I’m not going over every day but just wondering and any advice/guidance would be gratefully received.
