First nose bleed, easy bruising

Anyone experiencing nose bleeds and or easy bruising? I try to take vitamins when I remember.  This is my first nose bleed in my life. I am bruising easy also. 2-3 months in to ketogenic.

  • I am brusing easily to after a month of eating this way. I feel great, but my legs look like I'm getting beat up. Lol. I take high quality suppliments every day too.

    kim.hoeschen I'm taking the basics, mag, pot, vit c. What do you take? My platelets are running just under the higher "normal mark".

    kim.hoeschen oh, and my thyroid jumped just over a point from last year!
