Great Success Before. This Time Not So Much...
Male 46 years old and 5 feet 9 inches and currently 236 pounds. Did keto in late 2016 and went from 260 down to 217 in 4-5 months. Even won the biggest loser at work. Did ok in 2017. Then off and on from 2018 until about a month ago. Got back up to 247 as of late July. Lost 11 pounds from then until now. But I am stuck at 236. I mean really stuck. I feel like I am getting nowhere near the fats. But honestly I am really not hungry most of the day. Any advice would be appreciated.

Collegefbfan How much water are you drinking? For me--I find that to be very important. I must work at it, but usually get ~160 oz of water daily--it is a struggle. The other thing is to be sure you are really in ketosis. Sometimes a small change in macros is enough to kick you out. Hopefully this helps.
