Medication for illness whilst on Keto

Please can you help me... I have been doing Keto and IF for three months and I have lost a stone. However I have just had a severe Asthma flair up and have been prescribed prednisone (oral steroids) from what I have learned, I believe this medication will throw me out of Ketosis. I need to take them for 5 days.  Does anyone know what I should do regard my eating so I don’t put too much weight back on in this time please?
