12 days in and in pain...

Hi, I'm 12 days into keto and loving it, except 4 days ago I started getting the aches and really bad lower back pain. I put this down to keto flu and started taking electrolytes and salt water. It has eased a bit but it's the back pain that I'm really finding hard as it keeps me up at night and it's really painful. Ibuprofen helps but has anyone else suffered with this?

    Just spitballing here, you may need to increase you water intake.  Ketones are filtered out of the body by our kidneys and the kidneys are located in the lower back on both sides.  Keeping well hydrated helps your kidneys function easier to get rid of the ketones and decreases your risk of developing kidney stones.  If it continues I would def call your doctor!
