Is it ok if zero carb, within calorie limit and still in ketosis? Saw some posts saying it might cause a stall. I've been in a stall and wondering if alcohol is the culprit. But I don't get why it would be if I'm not going over carbs or calories...
Your body burns the alcohol first before it can burn fat. So even if it fits that could be the reason for the stall. I enjoy a drink now and then but I know it will just take me longer to lose the weight.
