Hello and Help

Hi! I have paired my Fitbit with the Carb App! My question is my exercise automatically enters to the Carb App reducing all my Macros, I am not losing weight! I have been strictly eating within guidelines on all Macros in App, is the exercise portion deceiving? For example today I have exercised 82 active minutes and 11500 steps, my carb app shows I am negative on carbs and calories! This has been my results for 4 days and have not lost a pound! Please advise!!

    I'd change your carb manager settings so that exercise isn't giving you extra calories. As for losing weight, it sounds like you've been doing keto for 4 days? If so that's way too early to panic. Do you have a lot of weight to lose? How many calories and carbs are you eating in total?

    Thank you for responding! I want to lose 27 lbs!   I’ll give you a couple days examples  for what’s happening..1- Ate 25 net carbs and 1454 calories after exercise carb app recorded 14 net carbs and 503 calories 2- Ate 28 net carbs and 1547 calories after exercise carb app records 17 net carbs and 659 calories ! I get confetti but no results! ??? What do you think? Have you heard of this problem?
