New to Keto

So, this is day 7 of my first week of Keto, and I’ve lost nothing. I’m trying to stay positive, but so many people drop so many ponds their first week and I’ve tracked meticulously I think... and I even bought the Keto sticks to measure if I’m in Ketosis. Not sure what aim doing wrong, or if it just needs more time. Any advice or personal stories would be great!

    Welcome 🍍.  There are so many variables, it’s hard to say with certainty why you haven’t lost yet.  There is an article in the app under Learn About Keto titled Why Am I Not Losing Weight?  I would start there.  Do you believe you have created a calorie deficit?

    Gina hi Gina thanks for replying. My daily calorie allowance is 1250. I’m not going below that, but trying to hover around that daily. I also go for daily walks and don’t count those calories.

    Pb73 1250 calories should create a deficit especially with walking.  Maybe you need a little more time.  Sometimes our measurements change before our weight does.
