Hello Everyone
Just started keto 2 weeks ago on the advice of my doctor. I had been been on plant based diet doing low carbs for several months, but he suggested keto based on some of my less than stellar lab tests. I'm an old farm boy and when he said I needed more eggs, bacon, and fatty meat, I signed up on the spot.
I am currently on 20% Carbs, 70% Prot, 130% Fat with 7/17 IF. Overall, things are going well, especially given that this is a brave new world. Looking forward to those blood test in August.
