Nightshifters! How do you log your intake?
I work three 12 hour nights a week. I’m struggling to find a system when logging my daily intake into carb manager. I have my Apple Watch linked so it keeps track of my activity. I eat my first meal around 4pm, then eat my next between 9&10 but I typically eat my dinner around 3 or 4am. I log all my meals on “my day” but the activity from my Apple Watch goes to the actual day/date. I know someone else has encountered this issue and has suggestions on how to properly log their meals/intake/activity.

I just use the activity on the on the day it happens and log the meals on the actual day I eat them so I usually eat at 5pm which is my breakfast but I log it as dinner then any snacks before midnight go on that day any after go on the next. I eat lunch around 1-2am and log it as breakfast the next day and when I eat before bed at 8:30 am I log it as lunch
