Newbie starting tomorrow... any words of advice ?

    Hi. I'm only on day four of my keto diet but the things I have learned so far: look up food before you eat it. I found plenty pf things that should be good for you aren't because of the level of carbs. Secondly, start by weighing stuff when you put it on the plate. Finally, design meals that you enjoy. No point in eating stuff you don't like. You won't last. But don't be afraid to try new stuff either. And don't beat yourself up if you go over your goals initially. See where your big carb spenders are and eliminate them if possible.
