Hi, I’m Andrea and I’m on week 2 of this keto journey. I’m 50 years old and recently got diagnosed with hypothyroidism. My weight skyrocketed as a result, and so did my aches and pains. Lol. My goal for now is for my weight to begin with a 1. I think that’s a good start!

Andrea, I can relate to the aches and pains. I’m 55, there are times that it takes me a minute or two to get up from a seated position. On Monday, I started taking ‘vital proteins’. A friend of mine swears by this stuff and told me that it has helped her joints. I had already started taking another supplement last month which really didn’t seem to help. I’m hoping that this stuff does.
