Rapid weight loss to quickly could cause gallbladder issues.

Please be cautious about wanting to take of weight to rapidly as this may cause or could cause gallbladder attack’s.  Please be patient with your successes and soon it will come more healthfully. This is a huge transition from carbs to high fat and we need to remember all organs will be affected with the transition, therefore the Im cautioning with the transition and those who want to see rapid weight loss in a short amount of time.  A friend of mine on keto 1st month was just rushed to the hospital, diagnosed with gallbladder inflammation. Just please be patient. The lifestyle works but I wouldn’t want anyone to have this sort of pain and issues, keep your macros loose for awhile then aim for the true wheel.

    To add, I didn’t have gallbladder issues but I kept everything kind of non micro at the beginning then eased into the true ketogenic. There are definate signs of gallbladder issues and everyone should be aware of them before they get to hospitalization status.
