Lol, that’s how I started. Cutting out carbs. Simple and easy to focus on one thing. As I saw and felt a difference in myself I expanded my journey. I only discovered this app a week ago. I love it. It makes tracking everything so easy and planning my meals a breeze. Today I find I like zeroing in on my goals and I get a boost of confidence using the full app capabilities. One step leads to another.

I started the same way, and then got side tracked. I just got this app today and I am hoping the visual aspect and accountability of adding my foods throughout the day will be helpful. I’ve searched Pinterest for meal ideas and a better explanation of this diet which has been helpful. Good luck!
