You're doing great, but keep the big picture in mind! People plateau, and there are lots of variables in your weight, like water retention, so you might get a little stuck every now and then. 2 lbs per week is considered a fast rate for weight loss, so even if you lose nothing in this week, you're still doing well! You're not always going to lose that quickly, so try to keep that in mind and not let it discourage you. If you're still the same after another week, maybe add more exercise, do a fast, or change up your routine a little. But really, the number one thing is to eat at a deficit, fit your macros, and don't let this discourage you.

pcastilloroncastillo2d19 If it fits your macros! I think there are things out there about brain function and MCT, but I don't know much about that. Also, I'm vaguely aware that some doctors (well, at least my sister when I described to her a high fat diet- but doctors don't study nutrition a lot!) have concerns about LCTs, so MCT is an improvement.
But really, the best thing is if it keeps you feeling full while keeping you under your daily Calorie requirements, and keeps you in ketosis. It's just fat, so that shouldn't be a problem!
