5.6 pounds!
I started keto on 7/24 and have already lost 5.6 pounds!
SW: 151.6 ; GW: 120
Age: 42; Height: 5'1''
I'm a wife, mom of two girls (6.5 and 5) and I work full time to support my family.
I really want to get healthy again and once at my goal weight my dream is to get a mini mommy-makeover to knit my tummy muscles back together and get rid of all the extra loose skin that's keeping me out of dresses and other cute tops. :)
Looking for friends to help motivate and keep me accountable!

I started 7/22 at 155. 5'5", age 55. My goal is 130. This morning, my total loss is 7 lbs! I have been studying a lot about Keto and working to get my daily meal plan in tune to the new way of eating.
You may look into Yoga, if you don't already do it. I started before the Keto diet and it is a great way to strengthen muscle tone and flexibility.
