Hi! Hey!
I'm new. I've done keto before for two months and quickly lost about 15lbs . Not really sure why I gave up, but I'm back and I found this site and app! I'm currently training for a marathon... and have been trying to fuel with sugar and carbs, but it's just not working for me. Thus me trying my hand back at keto.
I'm hoping to learn from other athletes who do well with keto and can offer any guidance.
