Hey guys so I've eaten 8g of protein today but upon entering my midday walk it's now showing I have a negative protein amount. I was wondering if anyone could explain why? Thanks in advance!
Exercise subtracts from intake. For instance, if you eat 10g of carbs, and walk a mile, you will find you only show a consumption of 2 or 3 carbs. This applies to most everything you eat.
richorn thank you! I knew the calories went down but I didnt think it would subtract from all 3 macros I figure it would just be from fats or carbs since I thought those typically would be burned first
