Low carb bread & Keto

Hey guys,

I'm new to Keto, so please excuse me if I ask nonsense!
I'm wondering if low-carb breads are bad for my keto, even if I don't excess my net carb limit? I mean it has soy in it. and soy is not anywhere in the chart!
my keto urine test appears to be over 6 mmol.
The product name is Macro Linseed & Sunflower Low Carb Loaf and grabbed it from Woolworths.

thanks in advance

  • Following a low carb plan and eating bread in any form is like being a vegetarian and eating fake burgers and chicken at every meal. There is so much more one can have that isn't bread, why are people pining for it? Yes, it tasted good, but it's not a part of my life anymore, I don't seek it out, I don't scroll through websites and blogs looking at pictures of it and even better - eating a couple of lettuce wraps is usually more vegetables than many vegetarians (that I know) eat.

If one is going to make the change to a healthier life, realize bread is not a part of it and move on.

Try to stay away from Keto products in the beginning as much as possible.  This is a lifestyle and you need to change the way you think about food.  You can try to add them in after you've reached maintenance, but I suspect you won't want them.  :)
