2 week slump

Hi! I am a newbie just 4 weeks in.  I lost 6 lbs my 1st two weeks and nothing the last two weeks.  I have not cheated or slipped once.  Any insight on why this is happening or Any suggestions or tricks to getting back on my loosing streak?

    Are you hitting your macros? Make sure you are getting enough fats.

  • The same happened to me and it was super frustrating.  I read a ton and there was lots of discussion about a "fat fast".  I followed it religiously (less that 1,000 calories/day 80-90% fats), and found some good recipes.  Worked like a charm.  I know because I measure blood keto regularly.  Google fat fast and see what happens.
