I’ve seen blueberries on fruit you can eat lists. When I add blueberries to my daily food log it comes up with a red band and an ‘avoid F ‘warning. I thought blueberries were OK?
I think it's because of the glycemic load. Similar to why you should avoid Malitol. It spikes your insulin (could interrupt ketosis). To what level I don't know. Everyone is different is my understanding. I love blueberries 😞
