New to Keto, female 59 years old, busy G’ma and relocation specialist for seniors.

Atkins ✔️
Ideal Protein ✔️
Counting calories ✔️
I have done them all, did well with Ideal Protein for about 18 months, lost 76 lbs. promptly gained back 30 of those lbs. trying to figure out their maintenance.
Detest tracking.
I do know how to be accountable and I am a rule follower by nature.
Love good food, do not drink alcohol, love to prep for the coming week so I can grab and go.
Emotional eater, happy, sad, bored, frustrated, nervous, you name it, food is my “go to”
I need a eating plan that is for life, the thing that struck me about Keto was how people say it’s a way of life, I want to drill it in my head that this is not a short term plan, that these are the food choices I should be making going forward.
Bread is not my personal enemy, I can easily live without it but sweets ARE and fast food IS if I don’t plan properly.

It is a lifestyle, I am ready to embrace it, the scale was kind to me this week, it feels good to not be hungry all the time.
I missed a lot of these foods.
I’m looking forward to walking out of the house in the mornings, dressed comfortably and looking good too.
