Macros Goals

Hello, This is my first time trying the Keto diet and have been on it for almost two weeks. I’m feeling good now and most days not very hungry. My question is, for me to continue to lose weight do I need to try eat to reach my Macro goals everyday? I haven’t been able to for the last four days because I’m not as hungry but I also haven’t lost any weight. Thanks!

  • From my understanding you need to hit your protein goal and fat goal. You can go over some but need to keep the ratio intact. 70% fat and 20-25% protein.
