Hi All, Mike here
76 old guy who started Keto 3 weeks ago and just reduced carbs, started eating fats and protein. I weigh 196 after losing 12 lbs and want to go down to 170.
I am now refining my adventure by reading, watching videos and starting to measure C/P/F and calories by using Carb Manager. Make more sense to me know.
Hope to learn a lot from the forum
