Is my protein macros too low?

Hi all! I’ve been doing a beef and butter fast this week and I have to say that I’m loving the progress. I adjusted my macros to reflect my weight loss this morning and my protein was reduced by 28 grams. Doing this fast, I reach that limit with breakfast and lunch. My question is, what do you guys eat in a day that doesn’t have a lot of protein? If I include meat and avocado in a day, which is usually everyday, my protein is met rather quickly and I have no clue what else to eat. Does this macro sound too low?
