New and struggling with planning meals

On day 2 and trying to plan my days.  I seem to keep ending up a couple of grams short of protein or fat each time.  Is there a place to find food that is listed by its macros so I can fix that.  I am confused about meals and snacks.  Is it best to have only 2 or 3 meals and no snacks.

  • Depends on how hungry you are. Make fat bombs they work great. Pinterest has a whole variety you may like. I cook something every other day so it is on hand incase I am hungry. Good luck.

    I lose best with 2 or 3 meals and no snacks. Being off a couple of grams in fat or protein won't hurt you.

    I should add that you will get better as you get familiar with the foods you are eating. Give yourself a couple weeks and you'll see what I mean!
