Hello. I just started Wednesday, so far so good. Does anyone have a trick for getting your macros at the end of the day? I need 18g of protein and 8g of fats, and I'm 6g carbs over budget, I ate too much loaded mashed cauliflower. If there is an app that helps you build a meal/snack to meet a specific number.

    I keep some keto-friendly protein bars on hand and eat a piece the size of my deficit (my bars are 20 g, I'll eat 1/4 or 1/2 if that's what I need).  For bumping up the fat I eat almonds or walnuts, butter, olive oil, bacon, fat bombs... 

    Try planning out tomorrow's meals in the app and adjust the amounts of each meal now to come close to your macros, so there's no surprises at the end of the day that can't be covered with a small snack. 

    I aim to be a little low on carbs so I could have, for example, a cup of salad with a tablespoon of olive oil to bump the fats or maybe some almonds or walnuts, or room for the 1g of carb in 1/4 protein bar.
