I always weigh and log everything before I eat that way I can make adjustments as needed. If I know what I am having for dinner I will enter it in early in the day so I can plan my other meals around it. Once you get used to portion sizes and weights it will become much easier.
Your best bet is to log tomorrow's meals to day so you can see how the macros look, then alter the volume/quantities to meet your macros for the day. Once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to figure it out without too much pre-planning.
