Diarrhoea- Help!
I'm 2 weeks into a keto diet and am still having water diarrhoea almost daily! In the fortnight, I've only had 2 'normal' days. I've never had IBS or any known intolerance, and this is very odd for me. I'm using erythritol, but not daily, and at most 1/2 teaspoon over an entire day. Any tips or ideas on what is going on and how to firm things up?
