Shaky feeling

Is it normal to feel so shaky ?im on day 4/5 just feeling off a bit

  • I’m only day 2 in but what I’ve read yes and one reason is maybe lack of salt and potassium one site recommends adding chicken stock to diet, cooking with it instead of water or drinking it straight.

    Make sure you read the potassium bottle. Mine is 3% of daily value for 1 cap, so if I’m not eating a lot of things with potassium, I think I need to take a few doses in a day. Multiple. I think ketogenic needs at least 3000 mg is what I’m reading online.

    4cps water

    1/3 cp fresh lemon juice

    1 to 4 tablespoons aloe vera  juice from the inner fillet (optional)

    1/4 teaspoon Himalayan rock salt

    4 to 6 drops liquid stevia 

    Have over ice or store in the fridge .
