Newbie

Hi I started  3 weeks ago. Had an initial 6lb drop in weight but nothing since even though I am keeping my carbs below 20.  I am very thirsty so I figure (thanks to info I read on here) that once my body adjusts I will continue to lose.

the best thing is I am hardly hungry,  and more energetic.
