Progress

Hi-

So I weighed myself before starting my Low Carb journey... what a painful experience that was to see 327lbs on the scale. My weight kept creeping up over the years- at first 215 was ok, then 235, then 275 seemed normal. When I broke 300, things kinds spiraled out of control.

After I weighed myself, I asked my wife if we could just throw away the scale. My whole life that thing has caused me so much anxiety. She agreed and off I went. 

I have no idea how much I weigh now, but I'm down 10 pant sizes and am feeling great. My goal is 1 more pant size, then I need to start figuring out how to maintain. 

Any thoughts here?

    I love that idea about throwing away the scale. Like you it has always been my cause of anxiety! I love your idea of just going by your pant size. I'm  going to have to steal that idea!
