I would log it still so you know what you’re intaking just in case your weight loss stalls you can see if your carb intake increased somewhere and to find the sweet spot where you were losing and roll it back otherwise you won’t really know where you lost it. Not sure exactly what you’re intake calorie wise if could be that you’re intaking a deficit which is causing the weight loss not necessarily the carbs. But that is just a thought since you’ve lost 6 in 1 month.
