Just finished day seven. I am currently down 13 pounds. I really enjoy this diet cause I know I can’t cheat and it has helped me discover I can cook thinks more than I have tried. One down fall doing dishes a lot more since not eating out. VERY POSITIVE EATING AS FAMILY EVERY MEAL WE CAN!!! Love it

nadroj Oh dear! Don’t deprive of eating out. I still endulge in fast food hamburger patties, burgers without buns, steak and broccoli with added extra melted butter. I roast a lot of meats in a crock pot or lined pan, and I bought more paper plates. I think I actually have less dishes to wash since not making 4 coarse meals now. A lot of times it’s just about the meat, and everyone else figures out a side veggie.
