New to diet and already lost my path

Hi All, 

I started my low carb diet on tuesday. Everything was going great. Until yesterday, when my husband bought burger king food home.  I tried to control myself from eating it, but ended up eating some of the chicken fingers and fries.  I also ate a cup of rice with yogurt as well. I feel so guilty and hate myself for indulging so early. 

I know my problem is lack of strong will and i feel like i am going to fail in my quest to lose weight.  :-(

    Aqua Bluu if you can ask hub to eat there and not take it home. Lol. Or have him bring you home BK without buns. I’ve been known to put a few of those sliders down with the toppings and stay away from the fries and buns. It still feels like a cheat to me which is okay, for me. BKking w/o bun with lots of sauce and pickles, lettuce. Maybe even a small burger no bun with all the trims. get back on keto after. We faulter, we are human. I told my hub not to eat my fav high carb items in front of me.

  • Don’t give up. I started on Jan 12 and I’ve lost 29 lbs. I find that I start having a hard time when Im eat out a lot and adding a bunch of low carb snacks. For me it’s best to stick with basic foods. Yesterday I had kind of a bad day because I got into a jar of nuts and had trouble stopping. Today I just got right back on track. I have over 100lbs to lose and it’s not going to be easy but instead of being hard on myself I’m trying to get right back on track. If you get down to about 20-25 carbs a day after a few days you will lose a lot of your hunger and cravings. You can do it !
