Fitbit

I synched my Fitbit but the app isn't recording my steps.  I asked for help but it says it can take 5 hours to get a reply.  Can someone help me?

    Hi Wendy. Have you received a response? For months, the app has been logging steps from my synced Apple Watch  - until yesterday. I’ve heard from others they are experiencing the same. Wondering if it’s a global issue...
