Dark Chocolate Fat Bombs

I recommend getting some silicone candy trays to make these in, they come out cute and it's easier to control portions. You can get them on Amazon or at craft or cooking stores.
2oz Columbian 85% cocoa dark chocolate (from bin at Sprouts)
1oz coconut oil
2oz coconut butter
4oz butter
3tbsp heavy whipping cream
3tsp Erythritol (or Xylotol or stevia)
Heat HWC in double boiler and dissolve sweetener. Mix in chocolate. Add remainder of ingredients, stir till well mixed. Spoon into candy forms, about 80% full in mine. Freeze. Pop out and store in freezer in Ziploc bag. They don't get really hard. Will keep for weeks. Satisfies that chocolate craving. These are big pieces, fill molds to half for more, smaller, lower calorie portions.
