Negative Ketone

Everytime I check my ketones it always come back negative. What do I need to do to get back in ketones

    Eat avacados.  Oils. Fats. Macadamia nuts are the best. Some peanut butter.  May be ingesting to much protein. How many cheat days do you have? Use the full potential of the app. Read online for calorie deficient for ketosis weight loss. I'm 180 5'6, going for 1400 max calories a day for sedentary and mod weight loss.  75% of your daily should be fat on the pie chart.  Calorie counts? Diet pops? Don't cheat, don't have diet pops or artificial sweeteners. More fats. Your metabolism just may be stubborn. Should happen in 4-6 days tops. The urine sticks may be not reading much if your drinking to much water. Check in the evening time- hours after a high fat meal.  Btw: the blood meter is more accurate- but expensive.

    Some nuts are really high in carb. Cashew and pistachios. I also put 1 teaspoon of organic unrefined coconut oil in every cup of coffee I consume. I eat macadami nuts daily usually. I weigh all foods.
