Hello Little German Girl!
I use this: Cabbage contains approximately 5.5 grams of total carbohydrates per 1 serving of 100 grams. Cabbage also contains fiber. For 1 serving of 100 grams there are about 1.9 grams of fiber.
To find out the net carbs , I subtract the fiber from the total carbs. Or 5.5 grams of total carbohydrates - 1.9 grams of fiber = 3.6 grams of net carbohydrates.
For a 100 gram serving of cabbage, there are 3.6 grams of net carbohydrates.Bye!👋
