I am new to CM as of today.  I'm very disappointed with the support I've been getting on all the confusion I'm experiencing.  I ask a question and it takes hours to get an answer from "Jessica" then I have to ask another question due to her answer which takes several more hours.  Too much frustration.  I'm going to cancel my subscription in the morning if I can't get somewhere with this company this evening.

  • Hi Linda, sorry that you've been frustrated with customer support. Please contact and ask to be directed to a supervisor who can follow up on your tickets.
    Please also know that we're still a small company and don't operate support 24/7 yet, so we do apologize that there can be a lag time.

  • Hi Linda, I’ve been using the app for about 8 months.  If your issues are just using it, try asking in the groups on the app itself.  Add more friends.  Some of us that have been on a while have struggled to learn how it all works too and the ones that have been through it have a lot to offer.
