Mostly used food items

Love  the app . I have two irritants that I would like to see addressed . One is that when I go to "add" foods for the day My list of previous added foods come up but they are not in alphabetical order so I have to scroll down to find the items and I often miss them so it is time consuming . By putting them in alphabetical order would be a huge help .

Second item is the recipes posted that have no preparation information . They list  the ingredients but not how to put it together . Maybe put a disclaimer in the preface ?
