lowcarbdieter65fb hi 👋🏻 yep I’m going good I have learnt to eat pork fat on pork strips either whole strips or in stir fried veggies I only eat once a day at 5pm I’m in deep ketosis so don’t get hungry I’m on 1,000 cal a day don’t feel like anymore weight is still hard to shift so I go for a brisk 10min walk each day that’s all I can manage today I’ve stopped weighing myself everyday as it was disheartening so I weigh myself every Monday I’m in the Whitsundays Australia I also use MCT oil to increase my fat intake it’s a fine balance as fats are loaded with calories but the app makes it super easy for me
