Hello all, I have a silly question... when you do an actual recipe from the website ... the weight for one meal is it before or after cooking ? It does make a huge difference...

Typically, it’s the uncooked weight (example: 5-oz chicken breast) unless the recipe specifically calls for cooked weight (example: 2-oz cooked and crumbled bacon).
