Help with ketosis
Hi guys! I started Keto about 2 weeks ago and have stayed under my net carb goal every single day. In two weeks I lost 6 pounds, but I bought a Ketonix and have not been in ketosis yet. One day, yesterday, I was barely in ketosis and this morning not at all. I exercise a lot, about 2-3 hours a day, and I am not sure if maybe I am eating too much protein? Any suggestions or insight would be really helpful as I am new to this. Thank you so much!

Thank you! I am having a hard time because at first my protein was way too high, but then I got it under control and it is still registering very low. I went out to eat and had a glass of wine, which still put me at my appropriate macros, but maybe I am a person that just can't do wine? I was reading that some people are more sensitive to alcohol while for others it may not affect their ketosis at all?
