Total calories or net calories?

Is my calorie target the one at the top of the daily tracker the one at the bottom (net of excercise)? If I exercise more, I should eat more...right? I don't see the macronutrient targets adjusting for exercise, so I'm a little confused.

    DrBeats you can follow any of the nets if you wish. Everyone’s metabolism is different. There’s no rule for you. I would think though for weights and running, heavy stuff, you may want to increase caloric counts. I say listen to what your body needs. You will know. Some people function on less. If your just starting keto your body will crave the caloric counts in the beginning.
